After an incredible 9 years dressing brides, Louise Christine's mother daughter duo, Lisa and Abi, will be retiring later this summer. Lisa will be spending time with her husband and visiting her grandbabies. Abi will be exploring her next steps while caring for her family.
Rest assured, we will continue to provide the exceptional customer service we are known for in the coming months. All current orders will be delivered to Louise Christine with plenty of time for brides to pick up. All new brides will be shown the same personalized experience while shopping our off-the-rack inventory.
For Brides with Outstanding Orders:
We guarantee delivery of your bridal gown just as we did when it was purchased. Since opening our doors in 2015, we have fulfilled 100% of orders (yes, even during COVID). This will continue for all of our brides. If you ever want to call and have Lisa or Abi check on the delivery status of your item(s), please do not hesitate. We will be here for you! We anticipate a higher call volume to follow this news, so don't panic if your first call can't be answered. Leave a voicemail with your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as we can. You are also welcome to email us with any questions.
For Brides Wanting to Order Their Favorite Dress or Veil:
We will continue to place dress orders until March 21st, 2024 to ensure plenty of time for delivery and pick up. After March 21st, we will continue to sell our beautiful dresses off-the-rack only. Veil orders will be placed on a case by case basis to ensure that each bride gets her perfect finishing touch.
For Brides with Items Here that are Waiting to be Picked Up:
If your pickup appointment has not yet been scheduled, we will be contacting you directly to assist with scheduling. If your pick up appointment has been scheduled, that will happen as planned. We can't wait for you to see your beautiful bridal gown!
For All Other Brides:
It has been our pleasure to assist you in shopping for your bridal gown. If you have been holding off on that special finishing touch such as a veil or hairpiece, don't hesitate to call us. We can check the status of any previously favorited items and help bring it all together.
