UPDATE 5-5-2020

It’s finally here! We will be able to open our doors again by appointment on Tuesday, May 12th. We can’t wait to see our brides again!

Due to the nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have new policies in place to keep our customers and our staff as safe as possible. During the early stages of our opening, our hours will be flexible. If you don’t see your preferred time available to book online, please call the store at (937) 751-7689. 

  1. We are operating by appointment only. No walk-ins will currently be allowed.
  2. Bridal appointments will be 1 hour and 45 mins long to allow for cleaning in between appointments.
  3. We ask that no more than 2 guests join you.
  4. Face covering will be required. Our staff will be wearing masks and we ask that you and any guests accompanying you do as well.
  5. All guests must be 13 years or older. 

Thank you for understanding and respecting these policies. The health and safety of our customers, their families and our staff is our first priority. If you have been unwell leading up to your appointment, we ask you to please reschedule. We can't wait to help you find your perfect wedding gown!

UPDATE 4-5-2020

With the extension of the Governor's Stay at Home directive, we will continue our temporary closure. We can't wait to open our doors back to brides once the order is lifted. If any changes occur we will update this information accordingly. We have been and are continuing to implement disinfecting strategies so that our boutique remains clean and beautiful! Once we get to see all of our amazing brides again, rest assured that you are coming into a clean space. Our team will continue to answer phone calls and respond to voicemails and emails when we can.

FOR OUR BRIDES/CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED: At this time there are no current interruptions to incoming deliveries. We are still accepting deliveries and are working closely with our designers to ensure shipments are on time and consistent. If any delay occurs, you will be notified directly. 

FOR OUR FUTURE BRIDES: Congratulations on your engagement! We can't wait to shop with you! When appointments resume (hopefully in May) we will be asking you to limit the number of guests you bring to your appointment. We will happily assist you with FaceTiming any loved ones that can’t attend. We know dress shopping is exciting and you want to share that with all your loved ones. We want to provide the fabulous in-store experience our brides have come to expect at Louise Christine, but we will be concerned first and foremost with the health and safety of our customers and our team. Thank you for understanding.

TO BRIDES WHO ARE READY TO PURCHASE:  If you know what dress or accessory you would like, please call us! We are able to continue placing orders with most of our vendors.

This period has made us even more grateful for the relationships we get to build with our brides. If you need anything, please know we are here to help as much as we can.
